You don't have to remain who you were.
This isn't a CV. It's a set of chapters — a sequence of decisions, experiments, opportunities and changes that didn't look like a plan while they were happening.

Chapter 01 — Where it started
Aviation
For many years, flying was the work. Eventually as a Flight Engineer on helicopters, with more than 1,500 flying hours.
Aviation teaches a particular kind of thinking: checklists, procedures, redundancy, crew coordination, and an honest relationship with failure. In that world, a small unnoticed problem is rarely small for long.
Chapter 02 — The turn
The decision to learn again
Returning to education later in life is a strange experience. You are surrounded by people who are earlier in their story, and you carry a professional identity that no longer fully applies.
It wasn't a master plan. It was a decision to find out whether the next chapter could be different from the previous one.
Chapter 03 — Building
Digital & entrepreneurship
Digital work rewards experimentation. Ideas can be tested quickly, and being wrong is cheap — if you are willing to look at the results honestly.
Building things, selling things, and getting things wrong turned out to be an education of its own.
Chapter 04 — Systems
Technology, SaaS & growth
Growth is often described as a set of tactics. In practice it behaves much more like a system: acquisition, activation, retention, feedback loops, and the human judgment that decides what to do next.
The aviation instinct returned here — where does this system fail, and would we notice in time?
Chapter 05 — What comes next
AI & what comes next
AI has made execution dramatically faster. It has not made judgment optional.
This platform is where those questions get worked through in writing: how people, businesses and systems change, and what makes meaningful change possible.
The story is still being written.
Your past is part of your story. It doesn't have to write the rest of it.
